 Terms and Conditions

TC 1) Deposits and Payment Schedule:

Please refer to a payment schedule, which is completed once the proposal has been finalized. Deposits are paid prior to commencement of work, with a final payment at completion prior to delivery of such work. Final charges include actual costs for parts and materials. Deposits consist of 50% labor and 100% of material cost. Material is ordered a the project schedule solidified once the deposit is received. A deposit indicates the acceptance of the proposal if not directly signed.

TC 2) Changes and/or Additions:

Any changes to the final estimate/proposal is done in writing and approved in writing, whether it is a signature or media correspondence. Additional charges on labor is documented separately and approved. The proposal is the agreement between all persons involved with this, the project and any deviation from that proposal is to be addressed in some sort of written form. As the work takes place there isa possibility for unforeseen conditions, which is communicated to the client and Extraord-N-Air, Inc. may make changes to work scope (deviations) after work has begun on customers needs or work scope revisions.

TC 3) Location for Work to be Performed:

Work is performed at an agreed upon location. If the location changes from the initial agreed to location, additional charges may be required.

TC 4) Shipping/ Freight:

Charges for shipping are not a part of the proposal and are charged during the final payment phase.

TC 5) Travel:

Unless noted in the proposal travel charges are executed if location changes are made, or as specified in the proposal.

TC 6) Photography:

Extraord-N-Air Inc. will take photos of the aircraft interiors before, during and after as a matter of record and may use the photos as materials to show as completed projects outside parties.

TC 7) Liability:

If we physically damage customer property, Extraord-N-Air will repair or replace at Extraord-N-Air management discretion and is limited to only the portion damaged by Extraord-N-Air. Extraord-N-Air is not liable for any damages without limitations, the possibility or actual loss of profits, value, inconveniences etc. Schedule delay due to situations beyond the control of Extraord-N-Air, nor limited to weather, causes of nature, government or regulatory agencies are not the liability of Extraord-N-Air. Due to any delays such as this, an alternate agreed upon schedule is agreed initiated.

TC 8) Warranty:

Interior items have a limited one year warranty on work directly done by Extraord-N-Air, wood that is repaired is not a part of this warranty. Wood that is completely reveneered has a limited two year warranty specified in the proposal. Any items which have a manufacturer or vendor warranty are applied directly to the manufacturer or vendor of such item. Any normal wear and tear or situations such as heel punctures directly caused by persons on the aircraft are not par to this warranty. Work is performed based on current/applicable FAA regulation. Any customers supplied materials/items or the result after application are not warranted.
